Role Description The Instructional Designer is an integral part of the execution of learning, and this job family exists to ensure that training materials and experiences are created in a way that will result in the acquisition and application of knowledge and skills for Provider Network Management Associates. Work Arrangement: - Remote within the United States - Working Eastern Standard Time Responsibilities - Applies instructional design expertise and methodologies to create new and update current essential training offerings. - Blends instructional design capabilities with current LMS to deliver best in class trainings using in-house technology. - Key cross-functional areas include department training specialists, Training Consultants, SMEs, Instructional Design Team, LMS Technologists, leadership, and others. - Complexities include creating new and updating existing trainings to reflect instructional design principles and staying up to date on new instructional design and learning theory methodologies. - Stays up to date on current trends in instructional design and applies those to current and future trainings (including, but not limited to, AI tools). - Applies basic project management skills to ensure projects are in scope and on time. - Applies knowledge of Adult Learning Theory. - Develops evaluations for Level I and II. - Collaborates with SMEs for updates to standard ILT/VILT, blended, and e-learning offerings. - Evaluates course modality and accessibility to ensure all programs function as intended. - Maintains a working knowledge of copyright laws and works in partnership with other designers to ensure adherence. - Sustains competence and current instructional design practices through self-directed professional reading, attending professional development courses, attending training and/or courses. Expertise - Areas of expertise include instructional design principles, experience with preparation and publishing of CBTs within the LMS, and essential systems training material. - Demonstrate knowledge of training platforms, i.e., Articulate. Role Description The Electrical BIM Designer is a person passionate about the BIM process and supports the Electrical Engineers across within the Americas EDO Group (Engineering Design Organisation). The ideal candidate will have experience in MEP projects including system modelling. The work will involve both small and large-scale multi-discipline projects. This person will be responsible for updating models, modelling and annotating Electrical and general graphics and data management for their designated models. The Electrical BIM Designer will collaborate with the engineering design team and interact closely with the project management team on a regular basis. This role will require the successful proponent to lead the effort in developing BIM standards, Revit families, standard CAD details, develop junior and intermediate designer skillsets and guide other designers in their project work on as-needed basis.
