Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. - 8+ years of Workday functional experience, with deep, hands-on expertise across Financials, Projects, and PSA-related capabilities (Project Billing, Customer Accounts). - Demonstrated experience acting as a solution architect, designing scalable, end-to-end Workday configurations across complex business processes. - Extensive expertise in the Workday security model, including advanced configuration and governance of security groups, domain policies, and business process security. - Proven track record owning a strategic roadmap and driving executive-level recommendations for system evolution. - Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects and managing vendor relationships at a strategic level. - Demonstrated experience mentoring, coaching, or developing other analysts or team members. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and business stakeholders. - Strong analytical skills, including the ability to evaluate backend system architecture, data mapping, and integration/microservice components. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and familiarity with project and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet). - Extensive experience with 3rd party and vendor relationship management. - Proven track record driving operational business process transformation. Requirements - Workday Certified in multiple areas, such as: Financials, Projects, Project Billing, Contracts to Cash. - Workday Security certification or equivalent advanced security administration experience. - Significant experience in a professional services or project-based (PSA-centric) business environment. - Familiarity with Workday Extend, Prism Analytics, or Adaptive Planning. - Experience leading ERP implementations or large-scale system upgrades from a solution architecture perspective.
