Job Description

Service Delivery Manager – Banking, Financial Services

Unisys

• Own end to end development of projects implementing functional and technical change to our banking solution. • Proven ability to manage change in projects • Manage mixed skill team of associates, become part of the leadership group of the Development Centre. • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, including senior business and IT leaders • Ensure delivery against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations, proactively managing risks and escalations • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, identifying efficiencies, automation opportunities, and service enhancements • Manage incident, problem, and change management processes in line with define processes and best practices • Oversee third-party/vendor performance where applicable • Support commercial governance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Development activities within a banking or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of regulated environments, compliance, and risk management
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum development projects
  • Solid knowledge and commitment to processes and data driven management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex development projects and senior stakeholders
  • Experience managing budgets and service profitability
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Desirable Experience working with global delivery models
  • Experience with participation in Audits (ISO 20001 especially)
  • Experience within outsourced / MSP environments
