Role Description The Strategic Accounts team is responsible for helping Connecteam win the industries, brands, and partnerships that will define our next stage of growth. We operate like a startup within Connecteam - moving quickly, testing new ideas, and building repeatable go-to-market motions. This role combines the best of two worlds: - The majority of your time will be spent generating new business through outbound prospecting, primarily cold calling. - You'll also regularly travel across the US to attend conferences, trade shows, customer events, and industry association meetings, where you'll represent Connecteam, build relationships with business owners and operators, and generate qualified opportunities through face-to-face conversations. - You'll partner closely with experienced Account Executives, become an expert in your assigned industries, and play a direct role in helping Connecteam break into new markets and strategic accounts.
