Senior Pre-Sales Representative, Solutions Specialist

Role Description This is an advanced professional role with broad understanding of area of specialization in order to show off FIS Payment Hub (formally Trax) and all its strengths to prospective clients. You will need to be able to resolve complex issues requiring in-depth knowledge and skills around the product as well as Payment Processing systems and related payment messaging. You will need to exercise judgment in decision making, determines approach, methods and procedures to use on new assignments. You will need to utilize advanced knowledge of all products within a specific business unit and their relationship to other business unit solutions to assist sales team in addressing unique client/prospect requirements. May coordinate and guide the work of others. Typically requires a minimum of five years business experience with specific solutions, products and marketplace. - Develops appropriate product solutions to meet client/prospect business requirements, mainly as Proof Of Concept solutions. - Present and demonstrate the FIS SWIFT Services solution, either standalone or in conjunction with other FIS Solution offerings. - Drives solutioning process on behalf of sales executives to obtain client/prospect requirements, identifies and prioritizes functionality gaps. - Completes RFPs (Request for Proposal) and RFIs (Request for Information) against tight deadlines. - Participates in business requirement review sessions with clients/prospects, documents requested scope, and provides effort estimates. - Creates proposal documents outlining project scope and requirements. - Configures the presentation environment to the client’s requirements and delivers product presentations/demonstrations. - Participates in product release process and liaises with development to maintain presales presentation environments. - Trains members of the presales team on new functionality. - Provides feedback on client/prospect requirements to FIS product managers on an ongoing basis. - Interacts with vendors and other organizations to implement integration with third-party vendor solutions. - Liaises with platform architects and technical teams to improve the presentation environment. Qualifications - Possesses in-depth knowledge of FIS Payment Hub for all modules of the application and must have implemented the solution. - Must have at least 5 years of professional services experience implementing FIS Payment Hub. - Understands the FIS Payment Hub database and table structure and can query it using MS SQL and/or PostgreSQL. - Must be able to independently configure FIS Payment Hub to deliver client/prospect reports for PoC activities. - Must have detailed knowledge of the SWIFT Network, communication channels, message types, and working knowledge of SWIFT operations. - Works well in an independent, as well as team environment. - Demonstrated ability to interact with and provide appropriate communications to senior management. - Have worked with FIS Payment Hub (Version 7) and later. - Be based anywhere in the United States of America/Canada.
