Technical Program Manager

Role Description Evergreen Telehealth is building its technology organization from the ground up and looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the delivery coordination that makes it all work. This is a build-from-scratch role where you will be the connective tissue between our engineering team, external technology vendors, clinical operations, and executive leadership. You will own how we get things done, not just track that they are happening. What You Will Own - Vendor Integration Delivery (40%) - Own end-to-end delivery coordination for all active technology vendor integrations, including EMR, payment processing, and identity verification. - Manage vendor timelines, API dependency sequencing, and UAT coordination. - Serve as the primary point of contact between external vendors and the engineering team. - Track go-live readiness and surface blockers before they reach engineering. - Support Operations Buildout (20%) - Design the patient support function from scratch, including ticket taxonomy, escalation paths, SLA definitions, and tooling selection. - Manage the relationship and SLA compliance of our BPO partner for Tier 1 patient support. - Build and maintain the runbooks and escalation documentation used by all support tiers. - Coordinate with clinical operations on the clinical deflection boundary and adverse event protocol. - Technology Governance Execution (25%) - Drive execution of the enterprise technology governance workplan across cybersecurity, data governance, AI governance, cloud computing, and support operations domains. - Own milestone tracking, stakeholder reporting, and evidence collection for audit readiness. - Maintain the governance artifact library and ensure deliverable quality across all five domains. - Coordinate with IT, compliance, and clinical stakeholders to keep governance milestones on schedule. - Cross-Functional Program Coordination (15%) - Maintain the integrated program timeline connecting engineering sprints, vendor milestones, FTE onboarding, and executive reporting. - Own the dependency map across all active workstreams and escalate blockers proactively. - Run the weekly program status cadence and prepare reporting for the CTO and executive stakeholders. - Partner with the Product team to ensure product delivery is sequenced correctly against vendor and infrastructure dependencies. Qualifications - 5 or more years of technical program management experience, with direct ownership of third-party technology integrations. - Demonstrated experience building a support operations function, including BPO relationship management. - Comfortable reading API documentation and technical specifications without requiring engineering support to interpret them. - Experience in a regulated industry, with working knowledge of HIPAA compliance requirements. - Background in startup or build-from-scratch environments where the processes do not yet exist. - Strong written communication, with a demonstrated ability to produce executive-level reporting and governance documentation. Requirements - Experience with telehealth, digital health, or pharmacy technology platforms (strongly preferred). - Prior work coordinating vendor implementations involving EHR, payment processing, or identity verification systems (strongly preferred). - Familiarity with AWS-hosted application environments (strongly preferred). - Experience with technology governance frameworks, audit preparation, or compliance program management (strongly preferred). Benefits - Base salary of $90,000 to $110,000 depending on experience. - Full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision. - Fully remote position with defined overlap hours for team collaboration. - Direct access to executive leadership in a high-ownership, low-bureaucracy environment. - The opportunity to build the operational foundation of a healthcare platform from day one.
