Role Description We are looking for an Account Executive to lead innovation in the South Korean physical security market. - Develop sales strategies and expand our footprint in target markets (Large Enterprise, Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Data Centers). - Manage strategic partnerships with System Integrators (SIs), consultants, and technology partners. - Propose comprehensive physical security solutions (SaaS, Hybrid, On-premise) and achieve revenue targets. - Maintain regular collaboration with the APAC team and our corporate headquarters in Montreal, Canada. Qualifications - Certificate or bachelor's degree in business or related discipline or relevant experience. - 5+ years of experience in sales within the physical security industry. - 3+ years of experience in the enterprise/large corporate sector with a proven track record of building partnerships. - Extensive experience in an Account Manager-focused sales role. - Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value. - Solid understanding and practical experience in consultative selling. - Proven ability to present and position complex physical security solutions (SaaS, Hybrid, on-premise). - In-depth understanding of legacy system integration/migration strategies and device compatibility. - Experience preferably in technical sales position from the IT and/or Physical Security industries, will be advantageous. - Driven, proactive, and self-motivated team player. - Good organizational skills, able to handle multiple priorities. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Be a team player, flexible and collaborative by nature. - Professional proficiency in English.
