Implementation Manager
AirLife
Role Description The Implementation Manager will support AirLife by analyzing cross reference data and customer spend against compliance. They will collaborate with Sales and Marketing stakeholders on implementation planning, standardization opportunities, sales presentations, and business reviews. Additionally, this role is responsible for leading implementation discussions with the customer, defining and articulating the best path for the customer to achieve financial targets, and project managing the implementation process both internally and externally. Qualifications - Knowledge of collaborating with sales team and customers on AirLife Agreement implementation strategies. - Ability to track customer compliance and identify areas of improvement. - Experience in developing agreement presentations and business review reporting. - Understanding of standardization opportunities for agreement customers, focusing on AirLife Secure products. - Experience in analyzing cross reference data and formulating a conversion roadmap. - Collaboration with the AirLife clinical team for in-servicing and education requirements. - Project management experience for product conversion. - Experience in developing new implementation strategies, resources, and tools. - Ability to perform in-person or virtual presentations to explain the implementation process. - Experience in reporting on implementations, challenges, and new opportunities. Requirements - Five or more years of experience in Healthcare Marketing or Sales. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Proficiency in MS Office Applications, including intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint. - Proficiency in Salesforce.com or a similar CRM. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong presentation and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and changeable environment. - Less than 10% travel required.
