• Support the delivery of communications measurement and insight projects across a variety of industries and client accounts • Assist with project setup, data collection, quality assurance, and report preparation throughout the project lifecycle • Analyze media coverage and communications data to identify trends, key findings, and actionable insights • Help prepare client presentations, reports, and supporting materials under the guidance of senior consultants • Coordinate project deliverables and ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule • Support onboarding activities for new client projects by helping document project requirements and delivery plans • Interpret communications and media data to help identify meaningful patterns and trends • Contribute to written reports that translate data into clear, easy-to-understand insights • Learn industry-standard communications measurement frameworks and apply them consistently across client work • Support senior team members in developing strategic recommendations based on communications performance • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies to support research, summarize information, and improve analytical workflows • Review AI-generated content for accuracy and completeness before incorporating it into client deliverables • Apply critical thinking and human judgment when interpreting AI-assisted outputs • Stay informed about emerging AI capabilities and participate in team discussions about responsible AI use • Follow established quality standards and project processes to ensure accurate, consistent client deliverables • Maintain organized project documentation using CRM and file management systems • Collaborate with colleagues across Insight & Consultancy, Commercial, Customer Success, and Production teams to support successful project delivery • Communicate project updates and raise questions or risks promptly when support is needed • Participate in training to build expertise in communications measurement, consulting, and media intelligence • Contribute ideas for improving internal processes and team workflows • Support the development of internal knowledge resources and best practices • Assist with research for thought leadership content, webinars, blog posts, and industry presentations
Job Requirements
- 1–2 years of professional experience in communications, public relations, media intelligence, marketing, research, analytics, or a related field (internship experience may be considered)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret information and identify meaningful trends
- Experience working with spreadsheets and presentation software to organize and communicate information
- Comfort learning new technologies and digital tools
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies, and an understanding of the importance of validating AI-generated outputs
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while collaborating effectively within a team environment
- Proactively incorporate AI tools into day to day work to improve productivity and accelerate delivery
- Experience with media monitoring or communications measurement platforms such as Muck Rack, Brandwatch, Cision, or similar tools (if any)
- Coursework or experience in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, research, or data analytics (if any)
- Experience working in a SaaS company, communications agency, or consulting environment (if any)
- Familiarity with communications measurement frameworks such as the Barcelona Principles or AMEC Integrated Evaluation Framework (if any)
- Interest in media intelligence, reputation measurement, or communications analytics (if any)
