About the role:We are seeking an exceptional Integrations Associate to join our Feed Integrations Team. This role will report to the Feed Integrations Manager. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the maintenance and optimization of eligibility and claims data feeds that are foundational to Garner’s healthcare platform. This position blends technical acumen with cross-functional collaboration. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for external partners, including health insurance carriers, TPAs, and benefits administrators, while working closely with internal teams to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains. This is a mission-critical role, managing the data infrastructure that directly impacts our clients’ success and our product performance. Where you will work:Garner is headquartered in NYC, but this position is available for individuals who are comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to HQ. What you will do: - Lead implementations of new client eligibility and claims data integration feeds - Own maintenance and improvement of existing eligibility and claims data integration feeds - Conduct in-depth data analysis and error reporting to validate feed performance and troubleshoot discrepancies - Collaborate with external feed providers to gather technical requirements, map files, test integrations, and resolve issues for renewing clients - Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal tools, documentation, and processes The ideal candidate has: - Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and a drive for root-cause problem solving - 0 - 5 years of experience with healthcare data, including eligibility and claims file formats (e.g., EDI 834, 837, custom flat files) - Familiarity with data integration protocols such as SFTP, encryption standards (e.g., PGP), and file transformation/mapping - Strong communication skills with experience working cross-functionally and externally with partners - A proactive, collaborative approach and a willingness to get hands-on with complex work - Passion for transforming healthcare and improving outcomes for members and clients - A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.
