• Own and continuously improve global HR processes across the HR systems landscape • Drive standardization, digitalization, system enhancements and transformation projects • Responsible for the technical leadership and development of a small team • Manage global initiatives from start to finish • Drive global implementations and rollouts of SAP SuccessFactors • Govern and enhance the global ServiceNow HR platform • Establish and manage comprehensive global HR systems governance • Consult stakeholders, evaluate business needs, and implement system and process improvements • Steer global vendor selection processes and lead contract negotiations • Facilitate decision-making and resolve complex cross-functional challenges • Lead change management and communication initiatives for HR systems transformations
Job Requirements
- Fluency in spoken and written German and English is mandatory
- Successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Computer Science or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in managing and developing global HR processes or IT functions, as well as in leading complex transformation programmes
- In-depth expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, as well as modern HR technologies and service management platforms, such as ServiceNow HR
- Proven track record of success in implementing international, cross-functional process and project initiatives
- Outstanding leadership qualities and strong skills in stakeholder and relationship management
- Ability to reconcile differing interests and requirements and lead negotiations at an international level to a successful conclusion in a goal-oriented manner
- Experience in working with global and cross-functional teams with confidence, strong communication skills and a focus on results.

• Work collaboratively with our clients to build and design a broad digital strategy then lead our teams to execute against it. • Act as the cross-functional product lead of distributed product team members from our delivery centers in the US, LATAM, India, Canada and Romania. • Work with the engineering leads to manage the overall progress of a project and use of resources, including the initiation of corrective action if required. • Lead the team to progressively execute against a short-term plan by prioritizing and planning the content and timeline for releases. • Define product vision, mission, goals, values, and customer segment(s) as the go-to expert for the product. • Effectively make prioritization trade offs within the confines of product goals. • Communicate plans, priorities, and status to the client, team members, and internal management as appropriate. • Measure and improve business and customer value delivered, develop KPIs, monitor progress continuously, and report on milestones and deliverables. • Maintain a high awareness of industry issues and trends, particularly in regards to accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies, with a view to incorporating these in future projects and staying ahead of the market.
