Seetec
• Deliver engaging apprenticeship teaching, coaching and assessment across relevant programmes, including Business Administration, Team Leader Supervisor, Operations Management, Lean Manufacturing, Warehousing and Logistics, and Supply Chain. • Support learners throughout their apprenticeship journey, from onboarding and progress reviews through to gateway and End Point Assessment. • Identify learners at risk and implement effective recovery plans to improve retention, participation and achievement. • Build strong relationships with employers to support learner progress, cohort delivery and positive apprenticeship outcomes. • Provide coaching, guidance and practical support to delivery tutors, sharing effective practice and supporting consistency across teams. • Monitor learner progress, gateway pipelines and milestone targets to support timely achievement and EPA readiness. • Maintain accurate records of learner interventions, progress and outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS or equivalent)
- Level 3 or above vocational competence within Manufacturing, Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain or Management
- GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
- Assessor qualification (TAQA/A1/CAVA)
- Internal Quality Assurance qualification Level 4 or Level 5 vocational qualification relevant to curriculum area
- Leadership or Management qualification
