Role Description Amplify is seeking tutors who are passionate about working with students in Kindergarten through Eighth Grade. Tutors will be responsible for: - Teaching lessons using Amplify Curriculum. - Accepting and implementing ongoing coaching and feedback. - Participating in professional development and learning opportunities to help students meet their reading goals. Qualifications - Minimum High School diploma or equivalent. - Fluent English speaker. - Comfortable and highly skilled with technology. - Enjoys working with Kindergarten-Eighth Grade students. - Available a minimum of 90 minutes a day, 3 days a week (M-F) at consistent times during the school day between 8am-4pm ET. - Have access to a personal laptop or computer with a webcam and microphone (Chromebooks, iPads/tablets, and smartphones cannot be used for this role). Requirements - Compensation: $18 per hour for delivery of tutoring sessions and $15 per hour for lesson preparation and professional development. - Background Checks: Fingerprinting and background checks will be required.
