This initiative brings together state leadership, healthcare providers, and community organizations to design and implement solutions that reflect local needs while advancing a shared, statewide vision for better health outcomes. This role ensures the integrity, accountability, and impact of critical rural health investments by strengthening how grant funds are managed, monitored, and translated into measurable outcomes. About the Role The Rural Health Grant Analyst plays a central role in ensuring that grant-funded initiatives across Indiana are executed with strong financial stewardship, programmatic integrity, and data-driven accountability. This position leads subrecipient monitoring and compliance efforts, helping ensure that organizations receiving funding meet both state and federal requirements while delivering meaningful health outcomes. Working across finance, program, and data teams, this role serves as a key partner to Division Directors, subrecipients, and statewide stakeholders.
