• You are responsible for the development of new products and the further development of existing products in the area of high-end design cookware, as well as associated collateral (instructions, packaging, etc.). • You coordinate internal stakeholders and external service providers and manufacturing partners. • You create and monitor project plans, timelines and budgets, and maintain relevant reports. • You are responsible for ensuring functionality as well as design and quality standards. • You communicate project progress and results within the team. • Together with the team, you question and optimize our product development processes.
Job Requirements
- You have completed a degree in Business Administration, Engineering (mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or similar), or an equivalent qualification.
- You have several years of experience in product development for consumer goods, ideally in cookware or household appliances.
- You have a strong sensitivity for product design, quality standards, and manufacturing details.
- You have experience managing external manufacturing partners.
- You have a good understanding of manufacturing processes and various product materials.
- Further training and certifications (e.g. IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2, Six Sigma) are an advantage.
- You communicate proactively, are detail-oriented, and ensure sustainable implementation with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- You are familiar with relevant software tools (e.g. Google Workspace, project management tools, etc.).
- Your German is fluent in both written and spoken form, and your English is conversationally fluent.

Role Description HXP seeks a Senior Manager of Employee Relations and Ethics to lead investigations across HXP and subsidiaries into complex employee relations matters and potential violations of HR and Safeguarding workplace policies, procedures, laws, and regulations. This role will advise on issue resolution and oversee the development and implementation of employee relations strategies and initiatives that mitigate HXP-wide risk and drive employee retention and engagement. This role will provide subject-matter expertise to support training and capacity-building focused on employee relations and performance management.
