• Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly • Provide truly exceptional customer service in a fast-paced work environment at a high-volume dealership. • Answers incoming calls promptly and professionally • Answer incoming calls in a friendly manner utilizing a multi-line phone operator system • Identify customer needs, clarify information, direct to the appropriate department • Identify and escalate customer service issues to supervisors • Follow scripts and procedures to ensure the highest level of customer service

We are seeking talented voice professionals based in the United States with native American English accents to record high-quality speech samples that will help train and evaluate advanced AI voice models. This opportunity is ideal for experienced voice actors, narrators, broadcasters, podcasters, and other voice professionals who can consistently deliver clear, engaging, and emotionally expressive recordings across a variety of scripts. - Record high-quality voice samples for conversational, narrative, instructional, and other scripted content. - Deliver natural, expressive performances with excellent control of tone, pacing, pronunciation, and emotion. - Maintain consistent vocal quality, accent, and delivery throughout multiple recording sessions. - Follow detailed recording specifications, including microphone setup, recording environment, and file formatting requirements. - Produce multiple takes with varying emotion, emphasis, and speaking styles when requested. - Ensure recordings meet quality standards suitable for AI training and evaluation. Qualifications - Native American English speaker currently residing in the United States. - Professional experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, broadcasting, or related voice performance work. - Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup, including a quality microphone, quiet recording environment, and appropriate audio equipment. - Excellent pronunciation, diction, vocal clarity, and emotional range. - Ability to accurately follow scripts while maintaining a natural and engaging delivery. - Availability to contribute approximately 5–10 hours per week throughout the project. • Coordinate the creation of product offers and ensure all required parameters are captured accurately. • Request and coordinate product name and description translations. • Maintain product pricing across internal platforms and price lists. • Coordinate price changes for product catalogs and subscriptions. • Update pricing documentation and quote tools. • Request the creation of discounts, promotions, and promo codes. • Act as a liaison between Product, Sales, Billing, and Operations teams. • Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to products, billing, and customer incidents. • Support manual usage reconciliations, quantity uploads, and data mappings. • Identify operational inefficiencies and contribute to the automation and optimization of recurring processes. • Participate in product go-to-market execution and operational readiness activities.
• You are the first point of contact for IT incidents, service requests and user inquiries — by phone, email, or ticketing system. • You independently analyze and resolve technical issues at 1st level and support more complex matters at 2nd/3rd level. • You also install, configure and maintain hardware and software as part of rollouts or updates. • You document recurring issues in the knowledge base and actively help improve our support processes. • You perform monitoring tasks to ensure system availability and work closely with internal and external partners. • Additionally, you prioritize requests based on business impact and SLAs — escalating to the IT Service Manager when necessary. • You participate in IT projects and support training and awareness initiatives for our users.
