Role Description Join an innovative AI research initiative focused on developing next-generation text-to-speech (TTS) technology capable of producing natural, expressive, and human-like voices. We are seeking talented voice professionals based in the United States with native American English accents to record high-quality speech samples that will help train and evaluate advanced AI voice models. This opportunity is ideal for experienced voice actors, narrators, broadcasters, podcasters, and other voice professionals who can consistently deliver clear, engaging, and emotionally expressive recordings across a variety of scripts. - Record high-quality voice samples for conversational, narrative, instructional, and other scripted content. - Deliver natural, expressive performances with excellent control of tone, pacing, pronunciation, and emotion. - Maintain consistent vocal quality, accent, and delivery throughout multiple recording sessions. - Follow detailed recording specifications, including microphone setup, recording environment, and file formatting requirements. - Produce multiple takes with varying emotion, emphasis, and speaking styles when requested. - Ensure recordings meet quality standards suitable for AI training and evaluation. Qualifications - Native American English speaker currently residing in the United States. - Professional experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, broadcasting, or related voice performance work. - Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup, including a quality microphone, quiet recording environment, and appropriate audio equipment. - Excellent pronunciation, diction, vocal clarity, and emotional range. - Ability to accurately follow scripts while maintaining a natural and engaging delivery. - Availability to contribute approximately 5–10 hours per week throughout the project. Requirements - Your voice recordings may be used to create a voice clone for a client's internal customer experience (CX) AI agent. - By applying, you acknowledge and consent to the use of your voice for this specific AI voice-cloning project. - Voice recordings will be used solely for the intended project and will not be repurposed beyond the approved scope. Preferred Qualifications - Experience recording audio for text-to-speech systems, audiobooks, IVR platforms, or AI speech datasets. - Familiarity with audio editing software such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper. - Ability to perform multiple vocal styles, including conversational, professional, energetic, instructional, and calm delivery. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing consistently high-quality recordings. Engagement Details - Independent contractor opportunity. - Fully remote with flexible working hours. - Approximately 5–10 hours per week throughout the engagement. - Project duration and continuation are based on project requirements and performance. Contract & Payment Terms - This is an independent contractor position. - Work can be completed remotely on your own schedule. - Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded based on business needs and individual performance. - The role does not require access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution. - Payments are issued weekly through supported payment platforms based on approved work completed. - Please note: We are currently unable to support candidates requiring H-1B or STEM OPT sponsorship. • Primarily Outbound calls with Inbound call opportunities • Work with clients to deliver Medicare Health Plans solutions that work with their doctors, hospitals, and medications. • You will work with most major insurance carriers and be able to sell Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and/or Part D Prescription Drug Plans. • Fulfill all policy requirements • Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services • Attend and participate in team meetings • Be coachable, open-minded, and open to constructive feedback (we want you to grow!)

Key Responsibilities: - Member Advocacy: Interact with current or prospective Members via voice and email with professionalism, positivity, and personality. - Creative Problem Solving: Use your agency to resolve inquiries regarding returns, tracking, and order modifications without a script to lean on. - Skill Expansion: Once you master the foundational skills, you’ll have the opportunity to handle more complex situations and move into alternate channels like messaging or social media. - Must be willing to work any shift Monday through Sunday 9am-9pm EST. Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent. - 1-3 years of experience in a Contact Center environment (e-commerce or luxury retail is a major plus) within the last 5 years. - Proficient in relevant computer applications and able to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
