Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, or People Operations.

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational capability.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently within a fully remote environment.
  • Experience using AI for candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview preparation, candidate communication, recruitment marketing, documentation, reporting, quality assurance, SOP development, workflow optimization will be highly regarded.
  • Experience using ChatGPT and modern AI productivity platforms is expected.
