• Optimize digital customer journeys across multiple brands, products, and services. • Analyze customer behavior and improve landing pages. • Optimize lead magnets and increase webinar registrations. • Improve email performance and reduce funnel abandonment. • Leverage AI to personalize customer experiences. • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Design, Copywriting, AI Engineering, Automation, Operations, and Executive Leadership.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Sales Funnel Optimization, Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Marketing Operations.
  • Demonstrated experience improving landing page and funnel conversion rates.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of customer psychology and buying behavior.
  • Experience interpreting analytics and making data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Experience using AI for customer journey analysis, funnel optimization, landing page improvements, copy optimization, marketing analytics, experiment design, personalization, workflow automation, reporting, and customer segmentation will be highly regarded.
