• Fazer análises de performance e concorrência, entendendo, onde temos oportunidades. • Fazer validação de materiais de comunicação, catálogos e bases (preço, descrição, promoção, etc). • Apoiar a construção do racional de demanda, portfólio e posicionamento de preço para lançamentos, junto com o time de inovação. • Trabalhar em parceria com todas as áreas engajando e influenciando, para garantir execução das iniciativas da categoria. • Apoiar o desenvolvimento do pipeline e retroalimentar núcleo de inovação com needs do consumidor e oportunidade de negócio. • Apoiar estudo e estruturação da estratégia de “go to Market” dos lançamentos. • Apoiar a área de Comunicação na construção de planos de comunicação com franqueados, revendedores e consumidores. • Apoiar no desenvolvimento e implementação de estratégias e planos de ação de curto/médio prazo para atingir rentabilidade da categoria (volume e receita varejo e indústria, margem e market share). • Contribuir na construção e execução do Planejamento Estratégico da Categoria por meio de análises de dados internos/externos, identificação e mensuração de alavancas de crescimento do negócio, construção de cenários de médio e longo prazo. • Análises de bases de dados.
