Job Requirements
- Degree (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering) or equivalent commercial qualification
- At least 5 years of professional sales experience, ideally in the energy sector
- Experience managing more than 8 FTEs (full-time equivalents)
- Strong customer and results orientation with a high degree of autonomy
- Strategic thinking combined with strong empathy
- Highly motivated to consistently deliver above-average results, with a passion for success and excellence

Qualifications - Background in mortgage sales, operations, or a hybrid of both. - Strong understanding of loan products, guidelines, and the mortgage process. - Excellent communication skills with a willingness to engage partners via phone and email regularly. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. - Experience working with third-party originators or broker partners is a plus. • Acquire new customers from the bakery and confectionery trade for our software solutions – POS systems, ERP/inventory management (WaWi), and workforce management • Conduct needs analyses and develop tailored software solution proposals for bakery operations • Advise and win over decision-makers (e.g., owners, production managers, branch managers) for digitalization around inventory management, production planning, ordering/dispatch, as well as store control and personnel management • Present and demonstrate YUVENDA Group software solutions — on-site, online, or at trade shows • Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and contract documents in coordination with Sales Management • Work closely with Customer Success/Consulting to plan and implement customer onboarding • Monitor the market and competitors to identify new opportunities and trends in bakery software
Role Description The Sales Support Representative's prime focus is to provide support to the sales team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Working in a fast-paced and unique industry, the Sales Support Representative will respond to calls and emails from customers while completing a range of administrative tasks.
