Dans le but de renforcer leur équipe, ils sont à la recherche d'un.e Responsable des ventes B2B dont le rôle sera de développer des opportunités, qualifier des besoins complexes et faire progresser des décisions d'achat auprès de clients techniques (académique, industriel, sciences de la vie, minier, etc.). Vous contribuerez directement à rendre les meilleurs équipements et technologies accessibles aux laboratoires (USA et Canada), tout en élargissant la base de clients de l'entreprise. - Missions: - Vente consultative (≈ 60 %): - Mener des conversations de découverte approfondies pour comprendre les enjeux techniques et financiers. - Proposer la meilleure solution adaptée et structurer des offres commerciales personnalisées avec les experts internes. - Prospection (≈ 25 %): - Contacter des organisations dans les secteurs clés (pharmaceutique, chimie, universitaire, biotechnologique et industriel). - Obtenir des rencontres avec des décideurs et augmenter votre liste de contacts stratégiques. - Discipline commerciale (≈ 15 %): - Assurer un suivi rigoureux pour amener les clients vers une décision claire. - Documenter les interactions dans le CRM et maintenir la visibilité du pipeline. - Rayonnement: - Assister et représenter l'entreprise lors de réunions et de salons professionnels. Qualifications - Baccalauréat en chimie ou biochimie (idéalement), physique, ingénierie OU une formation en vente. - Expérience en vente B2B consultative, idéalement dans la vente technique d'instruments. - Connaissance des milieux de la recherche laboratoire et des défis auxquels ils sont confrontés. - Français courant et bon niveau d'Anglais. - Esprit entrepreneurial (proactivité, stratégique, prise d'initiatives, gestion des priorités). Requirements - Atout: Connaissance d'un CRM ou ERP.

Role Description The Regional Sales Executive is responsible for managing a territory of named accounts for Foureyes, driving new revenue through new customer acquisition while maintaining and growing an existing book of business of automotive dealership and dealer group accounts. The Regional Sales Executive reports directly to the Director, Dealership Sales while working closely with a cross-functional team including Customer Success, Onboarding, and Marketing to build a strong sales pipeline to meet your new business and retention quotas. - Prospecting, presenting, and developing clients to hit new revenue targets. - Meeting with existing clients on a quarterly basis to grow revenue within those accounts. - Meet or exceed prospecting and in-person new business meeting goals with prospects on a monthly and quarterly basis to drive pipeline growth and conversion to meet sales quota expectations. (75%) - Meet or exceed in-person retention meeting goals with existing customers on a monthly and quarterly basis to retain and grow your existing book of business.
