Role Description Foureyes is building a world-class partner ecosystem — and this role is at the heart of it. As Account Manager, Partnership Sales, you are the engine that keeps our channel partnerships running strong. You work hand-in-hand with the Partner Business Development team to activate, grow, and retain the partner relationships that drive over 40% of Foureyes revenue. This is not just a support role — this is a growth role. You own the day-to-day success of our most valuable partner accounts, making sure every partner is engaged, equipped, and delivering results. If you love relationships, love winning, and love being the person who makes things happen, this is your seat at the table. Responsibilities - Partner Activation & Onboarding - Own the onboarding experience for newly signed channel partners — from contract to first deal. - Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Sales) to ensure partners have the tools, training, and resources to succeed. - Build partner playbooks, one-sheeters, and enablement materials in collaboration with Biz Dev and Marketing. - Relationship Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of active channel partners. - Conduct regular QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) to track partner performance, surface issues, and identify growth opportunities. - Build trusted, executive-level relationships within partner organizations. - Proactively address partner concerns before they become problems. - Revenue Growth & Expansion - Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing partner portfolio. - Collaborate with Biz Dev on expansion opportunities when partners have referral potential beyond initial scope. - Track and report on partner-sourced pipeline and closed revenue, ensuring MRR targets are on pace. - Pipeline & Reporting - Maintain accurate CRM records for all partner accounts, contacts, and activities. - Support the Biz Dev team with outreach coordination for the Golden 150 target account list. - Monitor partner engagement metrics and flag at-risk relationships early. - Assist in tradeshow preparation and execution (ASOTU, DMSC, NADA, DD, and others). Qualifications - 5 plus years of experience in account management, channel sales, or partnership roles — ideally in SaaS or automotive technology. - Proven track record of managing multiple accounts and growing revenue within a partner or customer portfolio. - Strong communicator — you can hold a room with a C-suite exec. - CRM proficiency (Salesforce) — you keep your pipeline clean and your data accurate. - Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment with a clear mission but room to build. - Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Preferred - Experience in automotive retail technology, digital marketing platforms, or dealer-facing SaaS. - Familiarity with channel partner models — referral agreements, co-sell motions, revenue sharing. - Experience attending and representing a company at industry tradeshows. - Comfort building enablement content (decks, one-sheeters, training guides). Location This position is remote. We are hiring in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, IA, ID, KY, MA, MD, MN, NV, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, NC, and WA. Compensation $95,000 - $145,000, uncapped. Benefits - Competitive salary and health benefits for eligible full-time employees. - Additional benefits including 401k matching, and a subsidy for internet or cell phone. - Generous PTO days, in addition to paid holidays that incorporate two days to honor and celebrate your heritage, culture, or traditions that matter most to you. - Half Day Summer Fridays! - A company actively working to dismantle bias in our hiring practices, foster cultural inclusivity, and continuously examine policies and practices to ensure equity. - A fast-paced, team-driven culture that helps you grow your career with learning opportunities, autonomy and ownership, and chances to succeed (or fail).
Role Description We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead two core engineering teams responsible for our customer data lake, data pipelines, and the customer-facing UX built on top of that data. Our data lake is not just infrastructure — it is the foundation of our product. The quality, freshness, and correctness of data directly power customer workflows, analytics, and product UX. Both teams you’ll lead own end-to-end delivery, from data ingestion and modeling through to the front-end experiences that rely on that data. - One team owns our AWS-based data lake and pipelines, ingesting and transforming high-volume customer data. - The second team owns synchronization with Snowflake and the product experiences that consume that data. - This role requires someone who can work backward from customer use-cases, understand how data shows up in the product, and ensure we deliver customer value through a rock-solid data lake foundation. - This is a deeply technical leadership role, but your biggest impact will come from setting direction, aligning teams around customer outcomes, and delivering high-quality systems and UX consistently. Qualifications - 8+ years of software engineering experience. - 3+ years leading multiple teams or a senior, high-impact team. - Experience owning data lakes, data pipelines, or distributed data systems. - Strong experience with AWS-based data pipelines. - Experience integrating data lakes with Snowflake or similar warehouses. - Experience leading teams that own both backend systems and frontend UX. Requirements - Technically credible across backend and frontend. - Customer-minded: consistently works backward from real use-cases. - Clear, direct communicator who sets strong expectations. - Comfortable making trade-offs in fast-moving environments. - Strong planning and prioritization instincts. - Bias toward automation, testing, and operational excellence. - Track record of improving delivery predictability while raising the quality bar. Benefits - Competitive salary and health benefits for eligible full-time employees. - Additional benefits including 401k matching and a subsidy for internet or cell phone.
