Adoc Talent Management

• Work under the supervision of the Communications Officer • Develop Adoc Talent Management’s employer brand and visibility • Contribute to the company’s communication strategy • Manage social media channels and build audience engagement • Oversee the editorial calendar and create content • Moderate posts and analyze performance metrics

• Support and manage a remote, international team of 25+ consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. • Partner with Business Development to qualify incoming cases and strategically allocate them based on consultant expertise and capacity. • Oversee the entire grant writing process from inception to submission, implementing robust QC measures for all deliverables. • Drive professional growth through active mentorship, training, and constructive feedback loops. • Monitor workflows to ensure strict compliance with Horizon Europe requirements and internal best practices. • Act as the primary "Fixer," stepping in directly to solve technical or narrative roadblocks under tight deadlines.

• Own the innovation narrative, crafting compelling pitch decks and video scripts. • Lead sessions of intensive interview coaching for founders. • Construct robust business cases, including budgeting, forecasting, and TRL/market-entry roadmaps. • Lead full lifecycle of client management and proposal development. • Participate in rigorous vetting of startups. • Act as a mentor to junior team members.
