Role Description We are looking for a Business Operations Lead who will own and evolve the Muse’s operating system end-to-end — combining operational excellence, cross-functional execution, and AI-driven transformation into a single, scalable framework. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology. You will act as a product owner of the company’s internal operating model — designing, implementing, and continuously improving processes, rituals, and systems that drive execution, alignment, and business impact. At the same time, you will lead the integration of AI into these processes to unlock efficiency, transparency, and smarter decision-making. You will work closely with the Executive Team to ensure that company strategy is translated into structured execution, supported by clear ownership, real-time data, and AI-powered insights.
