Role Description The Sr. Business Systems Analyst is responsible for advanced requirement gathering for complex and large projects, strategic analysis for senior management insights, mentorship, managing relationships, project leadership, and innovative solutions to complex business challenges. This position reports to the Director of Digital and Technical Delivery, is part of the Digital Platforms department, and will be fully Remote. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Lead advanced requirement analysis and design definition, including preparing and conducting elicitation activities, managing communication when the requirements are assembled, and ongoing stakeholder collaboration. - Structure and organize requirements for complex and large projects, specifying and modeling requirements and designs, validating and verifying information, identifying solution options, and estimating the potential value of each solution option. - Conduct strategic analysis to identify business needs and develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges, enabling the enterprise to address the need and align the resulting strategy for the change. - Manage relationships and communication to ensure the successful execution of digital product development cycles, including executives, sponsors, colleagues, team members, developers, vendors, learning and development professionals, end users, customers, and subject matter experts (SMEs). - Manage and maintain requirements and design information from inception to retirement, ensuring all documentation is up to date. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of related work experience or Master's degree in a related field with 3+ years of related work experience. - Proven track record of leading successful projects on time and within budget. - Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets, effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, and lead cross-functional teams, with a proven track record of stakeholder management. - In-depth understanding of business processes, IT systems, and trends, with advanced proficiency in working in an Agile environment using tools such as JIRA and Confluence and advanced proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and other Order Management systems. - Experience in conducting user acceptance testing and managing stakeholders during the UAT process. Requirements - Ability to travel up to 5%, including overnight stays.
