Role Description You will drive the product strategy across two critical teams—Prospect Data Solutions and Prospect Data Science Integrations—that are responsible for accelerating and scaling Constructor's pre-sales success. This unified role focuses on transforming raw prospect data into compelling business cases and automated proof-of-concept (proof schedule) demos. Your mission is to drastically reduce the time-to-value for prospects, ensuring our AI models are finely tuned for impactful results, and empowering the Sales and Account Executive (AE) teams with self-service tools, reports, and compelling narratives. What You'll Do - A. Pre-Sales Automation & Velocity (Data Solutions Focus) - Proof Schedule Optimization: Own the end-to-end prospect data integration and proof schedule creation process, seeking opportunities to improve velocity and reduce the overall cycle time. - Data Strategy & Scaling: Define the roadmap for systems that efficiently and accurately gather high-quality catalog data and behavioral events from prospects, including the development of automated JavaScript code and utilities for live data collection. - Engineer Automation: Identify repetitive tasks performed by Engineers and prioritize the integration of advanced technologies (e.g., LLMs and Agents) to automate data collection and processing, ensuring the process scales without proportional resource growth. - B. Business Case & Results Optimization (Analyst Focus) - AI Model Fine-Tuning: Define the tooling and processes that allow teams to work closely with Account Executives to fine-tune our AI models, ensuring they deliver the most relevant and impactful results for each prospect's unique needs. - Analytical Tools & Reporting: Prioritize and build analytical tools, reports, and dashboards to help Account Executives create better, data-driven demos and provide business case reports and forecasts for potential revenue/conversion lifts for prospects. - Storytelling & Examples: Build systems and solutions that make identifying great examples easier and help AEs tell better stories about how Constructor can help prospects. - Product Improvement: Leverage data exploration and analysis (SQL, Python) to understand user behavior and suggest opportunities for improving our core recommendation and search systems. - C. Internal Enablement & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Sales Self-Service: Build robust internal tooling to empower the Sales and Account Executive teams to manage more proof schedule tasks, reducing dependencies on Engineering and Data Analysts. - Stakeholder Alignment: Serve as the product liaison, collaborating across Data Analysts, Frontend Engineers, and Account Executives to prioritize evolving prospect needs and secure deals with prominent e-commerce brands. Qualifications - 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally working on B2B SaaS, Data/AI platforms, or complex pre-sales/sales enablement solutions. - Ability to interface effectively with engineers working on JavaScript and data pipelines (ETL) and data analysts proficient in SQL. - Comfortable defining data requirements for BI dashboards and analytical tools, and leveraging massive amounts of data to drive product innovation. - Proven experience working directly with customers (prospects) and sales teams to deliver solutions that translate technical capabilities into clear business value and revenue optimization. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to translate business asks into technical language and vice versa. Benefits - 🏝️ Unlimited vacation time - we strongly encourage all of our employees to take at least 3 weeks per year. - 💰 A competitive compensation package including stock options. - 👨‍⚕️ Company sponsored US health coverage (100% paid for employee). - 🌎 Fully remote team - choose where you live. - 🛋️ Work from home stipend! We want you to have the resources you need to set up your home office. - 💻 Apple laptops provided for new employees. - 🧑‍🎓 Training and development budget for every employee, refreshed each year. - 👪 Parental leave for qualified employees. - 🧠 Work with smart people who will help you grow and make a meaningful impact.
