• Design & build the Solver framework: Architect the algorithms, execution strategies, and infrastructure that power solver competition, quote aggregation, and intent-ready execution workflows. • Drive technical excellence: Lead deep code and design reviews, make high-impact architectural decisions, and uphold the highest engineering standards. • Collaborate across teams: Work with product, research, and ecosystem partners to align Solver capabilities with the NEAR Intents roadmap. • Guarantee performance at scale: Ensure low-latency, high-throughput execution across chains and decentralized environments. • Innovate Solver economics: Shape incentive structures, competition mechanisms, and cryptoeconomic models to grow and sustain Solver participation. • Stay hands-on: Balance leadership with active coding, prototyping, and tackling the most complex technical challenges in real-time.

• Create, develop, and maintain a responsive and user-centric web app with React/NextJS, TypeScript, and Jotai. • Own new features, improve existing features, and take initiative in the iterative development process of the company's products • Implement best practices to maintain the app’s fast and responsive performance, especially on mobile devices. • Tackle complex challenges with effective, innovative solutions that enhance user experience. • Ensure clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, contributing to a sustainable development environment. • Support the integration of real-time data and enhance user interactions for trading functionalities.

• The runtime is the engine that makes every agent work. You’ll own the core systems: Plugin Runtime — the per-agent process that runs position tracking (10s polling), the RatchetStop exit engine (tiered trailing stops with sub-second evaluation), and DSL state management. • Currently Go + Python; migrating to a centralized Go service with Postgres state and real-time websocket price feeds • Scanner Gateway / Rules Engine — a YAML-configurable evaluation layer that sits between scanners and execution. • Scanners produce raw signal variables; the rules engine applies gates, scoring, and filters defined in YAML. Users customize trading behavior without touching Python. This is the next major runtime feature RatchetStop • Backend — centralized profit-trailing service that protects positions even when the agent is offline. Evaluates tier upgrades and places stop-loss orders on Hyperliquid via websocket, replacing per-agent polling with condition-based evaluation across all positions • Execution Layer — the MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that bridges agents to the company's 48+ platform tools: position creation, clearinghouse state, market data, Smart Money intelligence. • You’ll own auth, rate limiting, and the contract between agents and the exchange • Data Layer — enriched Hyperfeed pipeline (top 1K trader positions, momentum events, market concentration) flowing through Redis, Postgres, and ClickHouse. Real-time ingestion, 4-hour rolling windows, and the APIs that every scanner calls • The company is moving off third-party hosted agents and external LLM inference to the company's owned infrastructure. You’ll lead the technical execution: Agent deployment platform — migrate agents from Railway/OpenClaw to own-hosted infrastructure. • Each agent needs isolated workspace, cron scheduling, state persistence, MCP connectivity, and Telegram notifications. Target: deploy any skill from a GitHub repo with one command • Model hosting — evaluate and implement the path from external LLM APIs (Anthropic, Google) to self-hosted inference. Options range from proxied external models with full telemetry capture, to fine-tuned models running on own GPUs.

• Extend the company’s API stack to include Hyperliquid ecosystem projects and feature set • Collaborate closely with the Expansion PM and other backend engineers to improve integrations, routing, and user flows • Ensure robust, high-quality backend code, focusing on scalability and reliability for same-chain and cross-chain trading • Participate in code reviews, system design, and documentation

• Own architecture decisions for the company's backend systems • Build and operate real-time data pipelines for order book updates, trades, and market events • Design and maintain the API layer (GraphQL, WebSockets) serving web and mobile clients • Work with ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, and Redis to handle high-volume trading data • Optimize query performance, caching, and schema design as data scales • Instrument services with metrics and alerting; participate in on-call rotations • Debug latency issues, memory problems, and system reliability under load • Collaborate with frontend and mobile engineers on serving analytical data via API

• Design, develop, and maintain the core backend systems that power the company's DeX and Network • Define the high-level structure of the backend systems, the data flow, and interactions between the various components of the backend stack • Ensure the architectural design addresses reliability, high availability and performance requirements • Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect backend systems and APIs from security threats • Define the strategy for data storage, including selection of databases • Develop and execute a comprehensive testing strategy including unit, integration, security, load and performance testing • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in backend development and architecture • Clearly document the architectural design and collaborate with software engineers to implement the design effectively • Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and enforce coding standards

• Own product discovery, planning, and delivery for crypto-native features • Conduct direct research with users who spend crypto daily: understand their setups, workarounds, and frustrations • Write specifications with clear requirements and acceptance criteria; manage the backlog; ship end-to-end alongside engineering and design • Make integration decisions about chains, wallets, and protocols, based on usage data rather than market hype • Facilitate cross-functional coordination with compliance, marketing, support, and operations • Represent the company in crypto communities and at industry conferences

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud-native infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) • Build scalable, reproducible environments that support high-throughput, low-latency trading systems • Own and improve the CI/CD pipelines for backend, frontend, and smart contract codebases • Define and implement monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies to achieve maximum system reliability and early incident detection • Optimize infrastructure for latency-sensitive workloads • Implement robust security practices across infrastructure, CI/CD, and runtime environments • Establish and maintain playbooks, failover mechanisms, and disaster recovery plans • Continuously monitor and optimize cloud costs while ensuring performance and redundancy requirements are met • Stay current on infrastructure tooling, orchestration frameworks, and security best practices • Maintain clear, detailed documentation for infrastructure, processes, and runbooks • Mentor engineers and help foster a culture of reliability and automation across the team

• Design and implement smart contracts in Rust for Glow's Solana-based protocol • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate, experiment, and ship high-impact protocol features • Architect systems with a focus on security, scalability, and gas efficiency • Contribute to developer tooling, SDKs, and integration layers that empower both internal and external builders • Take full ownership — from concept and research to mainnet deployment and maintenance • Support the design, development, and deployment of new on-chain features • Work collaboratively across engineering, product, and research teams to refine and test protocol logic • Build and maintain high-quality smart contract systems with performance, resilience, and scalability in mind • Deploy, monitor, and operate on-chain services in production • Continuously look for innovative solutions to complex DeFi and protocol challenges through rigorous experimentation

• Refactor, improve and lead software design and implementation. • Communicate effectively with the team and document your code, and mentor less experienced engineers. • Read and understand protocol specifications and be able to break them into issues and turn them into code. • Maintaining a large codebase with many components and keeping it well-designed, future-proofed, modular and highly performant. • Automate security testing processes and benchmarks, creating innovative tools and frameworks for continuously improving our systems. • Participate in frequent group discussions on architecture, new design specs and code reviews. • We are all deeply committed to frequently shipping quality code.
