Operations and Business Development Assistant
Big Ideas Social Media, Inc.
• Build, polish, and maintain automated sales dashboards and executive KPI reports. • Systematically track team performance trends, outreach activity levels, and conversion metrics. • Own Salesforce CRM data health, ensuring rigorous pipeline accuracy and actionable updates. • Coordinate and execute timely follow-up with inbound prospects, current clients, and strategic referral partners. • Provide foundational execution support for outbound business development and lead generation campaigns. • Conduct thorough market research on target industries, enterprise accounts, and strategic decision-makers. • Prepare sleek executive summaries, performance reports, and slide decks for leadership presentations. • Log and manage meeting action items to ensure internal team accountability. • Proactively identify structural friction points to streamline current sales processes and data pipelines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, or a related 4-year discipline.
- At least 4 - 5 years proven experience as Business Development professional, Sales or related field.
- Experience working with US-based companies preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, data structuring).
- Proven direct experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms and sales intelligence ecosystems.
- Excellent written English communication skills with extreme attention to meticulous follow-through.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tracking projects independently with zero administrative drift.
- Comfortable interacting with external clients, referral partners, and internal senior executives.
- Prior experience directly supporting a VP of Sales, corporate founder, or high-level sales executive is nice to have.
- Previous experience working in the events or catering industry is nice to have.
