• Plan and supervise assigned engagements • Acquire a working knowledge of the client’s business • Review all workpapers • Review financial statements for accuracy and completeness, including note disclosures • Analyze balance sheet accounts and prepare reconciliations • Perform daily posting of cash transactions and ensure cash reconciliations are timely • Perform periodic internal audits on specific activity to ensure compliance with internal controls • Research and facilitate the resolution of issues arising during engagements • Interact with key client management to gather information, resolve problems and make recommendations for business and process improvements • Active involvement in professional development of staff • Prepare staff evaluations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required
- Three - Four years experience as senior accountant which include working in a BPO practice or working with an external accounting service provider
- Advanced computer skills and proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs with an emphasis on Excel
- Dedicated to superior client service
- Excellent project management, interpersonal, verbal and written skills
- Supervise a number of engagements simultaneously
- Possess an ability to multitask and complete engagements within time constraints and deadlines
- Highly motivated self-starter and dependable

Role Description CDM has an exciting new opportunity for a Business Operations & Capture Manager to help us grow in the Tampa area. The Business Operations & Capture Manager serves as a key operational leader supporting growth, capture, workforce coordination, and internal business operations within a federal contracting environment. This position is responsible for maintaining opportunity pipeline visibility, coordinating partner engagements, enabling proposal and capture activities, supporting staffing administration, and ensuring organizational processes are executed efficiently and consistently. The role works across business development, operations, finance, recruiting, and program teams to ensure priorities, deliverables, and workforce actions remain organized, actionable, and aligned with company objectives. Success is measured through operational efficiency, pursuit readiness, staffing coordination, process discipline, proposal support quality, and the ability to drive execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.
