• help maintain compliance documentation and the records of processing activities, and support data protection impact assessments. • work on all various data related topics across the verticals of gaming and social media (new features, AB tests, etc.). • track developments in GDPR and US data protection laws (CCPA, COPPA...). • draft and update privacy policies, notices, and internal training materials. • handle requests to exercise rights (access, erasure, objection). • support communications with the CNIL and the EDPB, and follow up on ongoing matters. • Digital regulation: games and platforms.

Job Requirements

  • Trainee lawyer enrolled at the French Bar School (EFB), 6-month internship as part of your PPI (individual training project)
  • Prior experience in tech law or data protection (internship, apprenticeship) is a plus
  • Strong command of GDPR
  • Strong knowledge of US data protection laws (CCPA, VCDPA, COPPA)
  • Strong interest in digital regulation
  • Strong interest in tech and gaming
  • Rigorous, autonomous, able to summarize complex topics
  • Fluency in English and French required
