Role Description The candidate should have the appropriate credentials for representation of creditors in federal bankruptcy court with the ability to perform tasks including but not limited to: - Drafting motions for relief from the automatic stay - Preparing and defending secured creditor proofs of claims - Defending motions to value - Drafting any other pleadings to protect the interests of a creditor during the bankruptcy process The candidate should, preferably, also have more than eight (8) years of experience in civil litigation, real estate, and/or other equivalent experience representing servicers and financial institutions.
