IT Business Analyst
LOVB
The IT Business Analyst role involves supporting IT operations and ensuring efficient service delivery within the organization. Triage and manage incoming IT support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality customer service. Provide hands-on troubleshooting support across hardware, software, and collaboration tools. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of support requests. Escalate complex issues appropriately while retaining ownership through resolution. Own user onboarding, access updates, and offboarding workflows in alignment with security and compliance standards. Configure and maintain Google Workspace accounts, group permissions, and access controls across entities. Partner with People Operations to ensure seamless employee lifecycle transitions. Conduct periodic audits to maintain system integrity and access accuracy. Oversee procurement, configuration, distribution, tracking, and return of employee hardware. Coordinate shipping logistics for new hires, replacements, and offboarding. Maintain accurate asset inventory records and continuously improve tracking processes. Develop scalable asset management workflows to support organizational growth. Analyze and document IT and operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Design and implement scalable process enhancements across employee lifecycle management and internal systems. Collaborate with Finance, People, and department leaders to align systems with business needs. Develop documentation and training materials that promote transparency and operational clarity. Provide on-site technical support during LOVB Pro matches in your local market. Troubleshoot real-time issues related to technology, connectivity, and operational systems. Travel to additional Pro markets as needed to support league-wide match operations. Support company events and league initiatives requiring technology setup and execution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5+ years of progressive experience in IT support, systems administration, or business systems roles.
- Experience supporting distributed or remote teams strongly preferred.
- Strong foundational IT support skills, including ticket triage and end-user troubleshooting.
- Experience administering Google Workspace or similar SaaS platforms.
- Knowledge of user lifecycle management and hardware asset tracking.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills in fast-moving environments.
- Process-oriented mindset with the ability to document and improve workflows.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Service-first approach with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- 3–5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT operations (preferred).
- Experience in high-growth, startup, or multi-entity environments (preferred).
- Experience supporting live events, sports operations, or production environments (preferred).
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, identity management tools, and asset management platforms (preferred).
