• Drive product growth across key parts of the customer journey, including activation, adoption, monetization, retention, and expansion • Build and optimize growth loops that are repeatable, scalable, and measurable • Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior, funnel performance, lifecycle moments, and value realization to identify high-leverage opportunities • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, data, marketing, and customer-facing teams to develop effective strategies and deliver measurable outcomes • Use quantitative analysis, qualitative insight, and product judgment to inform priorities and decisions • Generate and test hypotheses through thoughtful experimentation and rapid iteration • Contribute to growth strategy and roadmap decisions by identifying opportunities, recommending priorities, and driving execution within your area • Guide initiatives through the full product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritization through launch, analysis, and optimization • Communicate progress, trade-offs, learnings, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leaders • Help raise the bar for experimentation rigor, evidence-based decision-making, and product quality across the team

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years in product management, including meaningful experience in product-led growth and/or experimentation-focused roles in modern B2B SaaS environments
  • BA/BS/MS in Computer Science, Business, Design, or related equivalent field/experience
  • Strong quantitative business acumen and comfort using data to identify opportunities, evaluate performance, and inform decisions
  • In-depth knowledge of product growth best practices, experimentation, and funnel analysis
  • Passion for customer and business success, shortening time to value, and the craft of product management
  • Strong ability to understand users and rally teams around the right problems to solve
  • Proven track record of strong cross-functional collaboration
  • An entrepreneurial spirit – you are self-driven, accountable, and comfortable presenting to customers, prospects, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Egoless self-starter with great product sense, curiosity, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a growth mindset.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically, from shaping direction to driving execution and iteration
  • Demonstrated fluency with modern AI tools and concepts, either through building AI-powered product experiences or using AI meaningfully to improve product thinking, execution, analysis, and decision-making
