Compliance Product Manager / Senior Product Manager

• Through proprietary software and AI, along with a focus on customer delight, Sleek makes the back-office easy for micro SMEs. • We give Entrepreneurs time back to focus on what they love doing - growing their business and being with customers. • We operate 3 business segments: Corporate Secretary, Accounting & Bookkeeping, and FinTech payments. • We have recently raised Series B financing off the back of >70% compound annual growth in Revenue over the last 5 years. • At Sleek, we are on a mission to streamline operations and elevate customer experience through intelligent automation and modern engineering. • We are looking for a sharp, commercially-minded, and execution-oriented Product Manager to own the compliance and RegTech architecture of our global platform. • In this role, you will be given the autonomy to solve complex product problems and architect an intelligent, automation-first compliance framework. • Mission of the Role: To architect, scale, and manage a unified, multi-market compliance platform that mitigates regional regulatory risks, automates localization, and accelerates product expansion across APAC. • Key Outcomes & Deliverables: Successfully launch and deploy our brand-new V1 Compliance Platform within the Australian (AU) market, directly reduce manual compliance workloads, and drastically reduce global KYC and KYB API transactional vendor costs.

Job Requirements

  • 15 Years of Total Working Experience including 6- 7 years of deep specialization in the field. A deep, proven career background demonstrating long-term professional stability, maturity, and a comprehensive understanding of business operations.
  • Minimum 3 Years of Relevant Product Management Experience: Extensive core expertise leading complex, data-heavy digital software products, with a heavy track record of taking products successfully from 0-to-1 launch.
  • RegTech & AI Literacy: Hands-on experience developing or working closely with RegTech systems or deeply rule-based software environments. You are highly fluent with AI workflows, possess a strong understanding of technical AI model evaluations (Evals), and have the engineering literacy to take an AI product live on your own.
  • Technical Grip & Analytical Rigor: Exceptional structured problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. You excel at working backward from targets, breaking down complex API documentation, and translating messy operational landscapes into clean, executable Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
  • Ecosystem Match: Prior experience navigating a fast-paced startup or scale-up ecosystem is highly preferred, and direct compliance sector exposure is a major added advantage.
