Role Description This role is not eligible for sponsorship. - Design, implement, and optimize endpoint computing solutions, including Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, Azure, and VDI/DaaS platforms, to deliver secure, scalable, and user-centric digital workplace services. - Develop and maintain automation solutions, including self-healing and automated remediation capabilities, to improve endpoint health, compliance, security, and operational efficiency. - Monitor endpoint performance, availability, security, and compliance through established monitoring and alerting tools, and take appropriate action to resolve identified issues. - Lead and contribute to cross-functional technology initiatives, including device lifecycle management, operating system upgrades, endpoint modernization, and digital workplace transformation efforts. - Research, test, implement, and document endpoint technologies and best practices to support continuous improvement and operational efficiency. - Configure, maintain, and support endpoint management policies and standards through tools such as Intune, Group Policy, and MECM/SCCM to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness. - Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles to support operational consistency and effective support of endpoint services. - Oversee assigned vulnerability and threat management tasks, addressing risks through automation and standardization. - Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex endpoint issues and collaborate with support teams, vendors, and business partners to facilitate timely resolution. - Contribute to team knowledge sharing through documentation, process improvement recommendations, and participation in training and knowledge-transfer activities. - Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks. - Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent required. - Associate's degree in information technology related field such as computer science, or equivalent relevant work experience. - Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate or able to obtain within 6 months of employment. - Microsoft Certified Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty, Microsoft Certified 365 Fundamentals or Administrator. Requirements - Advanced knowledge of the administration of MS Windows, Azure, Active Directory and M365 services such as Exchange, Purview, and Teams. - Advanced knowledge of Windows operating system administration and support, Microsoft Office and M365 environments, Active Directory architecture and best practices, and Group Policy design, implementation, and troubleshooting. - Experience with the deployment of software through an enterprise management tool, including the repackaging of software installers and drivers. - Deep expertise in Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) technologies, including architecture, deployment, optimization, and troubleshooting of solutions such as Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365, and Citrix. - Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation, configuration management, and troubleshooting across Windows and cloud environments. - Demonstrated hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, including policy creation, device onboarding, and lifecycle management. - Proven track record of leading or supporting Intune migrations (from legacy systems or other MDM platforms), including planning, execution, and post-migration optimization. - Experience with automation and scripting tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Python (in addition to PowerShell). - Deep understanding of modern endpoint management concepts, including zero-touch deployment, self-service enablement, and automated remediation. A minimum of 40 hours is required per week. - Position may require evening and weekend work to oversee implementations and problem resolutions. - Work from office locations in Newark, OH, Orlando, or Miramar, FL for candidates local to the area with the option for fully remote based on incumbent's home location.

• Manage and optimize our AWS cloud infrastructure for reliability, scalability, and performance • Automate cloud deployments, infrastructure management, and operational workflows to improve reliability and efficiency • Monitor production environments and proactively improve system performance, uptime, and alerting • Apply cloud security best practices and support a secure, compliant infrastructure • Troubleshoot production issues and resolve cloud-related incidents within service level agreements (SLAs) • Partner with Engineering and Product to improve cloud architecture, deployments, and operational processes • Evaluate new cloud technologies and recommend improvements that enhance performance and scalability

• Design and build robust, scalable data transformation pipelines using SQL, DBT, and Jinja templating • Develop and maintain data architecture and standards for Data Integration and Data Warehousing projects using DBT and Amazon Redshift • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver dimensional data models that serve as a single source of truth • Own the full stack of data modeling in DBT to empower analysts, data scientists, and BI engineers • Enhance and maintain the analytics codebase, including DBT models, SQL scripts, and ERD documentation • Ensure data quality, governance alignment, and operational readiness of data pipelines • Apply software engineering best practices such as version control, CI/CD, and code reviews • Optimize SQL queries for performance, scalability, and maintainability across large datasets • Implement best practices for SQL performance tuning, including partitioning, clustering, and materialized views • Build and manage infrastructure as code using AWS CDK for scalable and repeatable deployments. Integrate and automate deployment workflows using AWS CodeCommit, CodePipeline, and related DevOps tools • Support Agile development processes and collaborate with offshore teams • Perform comprehensive data profiling on staging datasets to assess completeness, accuracy, consistency, timeliness, and conformity with business rules before downstream ingestion. • Conduct gap analysis between source, staging, and target data models to identify missing attributes, mismatched definitions, and transformation issues impacting reporting and analytics. • Partner with business SMEs, product owners, and analytics teams to clarify data definitions, resolve ambiguities, and prioritize remediation of critical data gaps.
