Role Description - Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and decision-making for appropriate valuation types & regulatory/policy requirements. - Gain and maintain an expertise understanding of Federal Appraisal Guidelines, obtaining interpretation from federal regulators when necessary. - Utilize independent judgement to evaluate and potentially waive specific requirements, taking into consideration the risk profile of each case, demonstrating the authority to make informed decisions on a situational basis. - Collaborate with the lending unit to provide clarification of Appraisal Regulations and PRK’s Commercial Real Estate Valuation Policy. - Manage workflow and assign Commercial appraisal job queue requests for all divisions. - Use Navigator and Director to support workflows within Collateral 360. - Create, maintain and execute training sessions and one-on-one coaching for commercial lending units. - Prepare SRF/RFP files for Commercial Review Appraisers to include proper files, information and data. - Interpret NPL (Non-Performing Loan) tracking data to advise lending units on the appropriate timing for property valuations. - Track status and request bids and valuations from commercial appraisers, vendors, etc. as requested by division commercial lending group. - Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks. - Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards. - Other duties as assigned.
