We are seeking individuals with exceptional expertise in Olympiad-level mathematics, problem design, and mathematical proof writing to help improve how advanced AI models solve complex competition-style problems. This opportunity is ideal for mathematics competition participants, medalists, problem setters, selection committee members, and other experts with experience in Olympiad mathematics. Your work will directly contribute to training and evaluating AI models capable of solving challenging mathematical problems with accuracy and rigorous reasoning. This is a fully remote, independent contractor engagement with flexible working hours and the potential for continued collaboration based on performance. Key Responsibilities - Design Advanced Mathematics Problems - Create original Olympiad-style mathematics problems that challenge advanced AI reasoning capabilities. - Develop problems covering a broad range of competition-level mathematical concepts with appropriate difficulty and originality. - Ensure problems meet high standards of mathematical rigor and creativity. - Evaluate AI-Generated Solutions - Review AI-generated solutions for correctness, logical consistency, clarity, and mathematical precision. - Identify incomplete proofs, logical gaps, computational errors, and weaknesses in reasoning. - Assess whether solutions satisfy competition-level proof standards. - Develop High-Quality Reference Solutions - Produce clear, rigorous, and well-structured solutions for each problem. - Explain mathematical reasoning in a concise and logically sound manner. - Help establish quality benchmarks used to improve AI model performance. Qualifications - Demonstrated expertise in Olympiad-level mathematics. - Experience as a mathematics competition participant, medalist, problem setter, selection committee member, coach, or equivalent. - Strong foundation in mathematical proof writing and advanced problem-solving techniques. - Ability to create original, high-difficulty competition problems. - Excellent analytical thinking and attention to mathematical accuracy. - Strong written communication skills with the ability to present rigorous mathematical arguments clearly. Requirements - Compensation is provided on a pay-per-task basis. - Payment for each completed and approved task varies depending on factors such as: - Problem originality and difficulty - Quality of solutions and reviews - Overall efficiency and accuracy - Contributors may complete as many available tasks as they choose, with no fixed limit on weekly earnings.
