• Provide technical assistance to our international clients • First point of contact for users who call IT Service Desk • Handle issues from incoming tickets, calls & chats • Track all information in ticket tracking system • Troubleshoot basic end user issues on various software applications, hardware • Collaborate with advanced resolver teams for unresolved issues.

• Design, develop, and optimize high-throughput Spring Boot microservices and RESTful APIs ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. • Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and ML models into existing enterprise systems using Java-native AI frameworks (e.g., Spring AI, LangChain4j). • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic AI patterns, autonomously connecting AI systems with internal enterprise data and external APIs. • Architect and manage optimal data solutions across relational (SQL) databases and vector databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Pinecone, Elasticsearch) to support AI memory and context. • Participate in architectural decisions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and enforce clean code standards. • Utilize modern AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to enhance coding efficiency, testing, and documentation.

• Expert consulting for SuccessFactors Learning Management Systems modules. • Conduct discovery meeting with customers, conveying effectively the purpose and value of the SAP Cloud HCM (SuccessFactors) solutions • Accountable for day to day work and collaborate with project manager and team members to ensure a successful project outcome • Work independently on smaller pieces of work • Work remotely to implement projects and travel as required for customer on-site visits • Complete implementation projects on time and within budget • Manage the relationship with the customer and be the SAP primary “face' to the customer throughout the implementation process • Educate the customer on employee database and technical requirements

• Vulnerability Remediation & Patch Management: Own and execute end-to-end remediation for vulnerabilities identified on Linux servers (RHEL 7/8/9), including OS/package patching and configuration hardening. • Automation, Configuration Management & Engineering: Develop, enhance, and maintain remediation automation using Chef (cookbooks/recipes, attributes, templates, policy files as applicable). • Validation, Closure & Reporting: Validate remediation effectiveness by re-scanning and verifying closure in Qualys (and/or approved internal validation methods). • Cross-Team Coordination & Operational Execution: Schedule and lead remediation calls with infrastructure support teams, application owners, and other stakeholders to drive timely execution.

• Own the design and delivery of security automation and orchestration capabilities that improve response time, consistency, and quality across security workflows. • Develop and maintain SOAR playbooks for alert triage, enrichment, containment, and remediation. • Build and manage automation integrations with security tooling (SIEM, EDR/XDR, IAM, ticketing, vulnerability management, cloud security) using APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures. • Create reusable automation components (scripts, libraries, templates) with appropriate error handling, retries, logging, and observability. • Collaborate with SOC analysts and Incident Response to translate procedures into automated runbooks; ensure safe execution with approval gates where needed. • Design automation with governance: role-based access controls, change management, auditability, and documentation. • Partner with engineering and infrastructure teams to automate security controls and guardrails (policy-as-code, compliance checks, hardening, configuration drift remediation). • Support incident response by developing rapid automation for containment and evidence collection (while maintaining chain-of-custody and logging requirements).

• Responsible for designing and implementing secure, scalable, and highly available cloud-based solutions and estimation on Azure Cloud • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that leverage Azure cloud platforms • Define and implement cloud governance and best practices • Identify and implement automation opportunities to increase operational efficiency • Conduct knowledge sharing and training sessions to educate clients and internal teams on cloud technologies

• Hands on enterprise level J2EE based web application development and support • Hands on experience in Spring / Spring Boot / Cloud technologies • Hands on Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) environment • Experience on Continuous integration and Continuous Development (CICD) process • Hands on java backend developer, will be responsible for integrating different backend systems • Work closely with our clients, architects and frontend developers to define the integration with the client’s back end systems, determine implementation details, and realize those implementations.

• Design, build, and enhance microservices using Java and Spring Boot. • Lead/ participate in architecture and design discussions; produce solution approach and design artifacts.

• Plan, design, and execute Oracle database migrations to AWS cloud infrastructure. • Assess current Oracle database environments and develop migration strategies tailored to each client's needs. • Utilize AWS DMS and SCT to convert schema, migrate data, and ensure compatibility with AWS cloud services. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including database administrators, cloud architects, and project managers, to ensure successful migration projects. • Troubleshoot migration issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure minimal downtime and data loss. • Develop best practices, documentation, and training materials for Oracle to AWS migration processes. • Stay current with AWS services, Oracle technologies, and industry trends related to database migration and cloud computing.
