Role Description We're looking for an organized and detail oriented Travel Workflow Coordinator to support the planning and coordination of travel experiences from start to finish. In this fully remote role, you'll help manage reservations, organize travel details, maintain accurate records, and ensure every client itinerary moves smoothly through each stage of the planning process. Using established systems, training, and digital tools, you'll coordinate travel arrangements, monitor booking progress, communicate with clients, and keep workflows running efficiently. This career is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, problem solving, customer service, and working independently in a remote environment. What You'll Do - Coordinate travel reservations, itineraries, and booking workflows - Assist with planning flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, vacation packages, and transportation - Organize travel documents, confirmations, and scheduling details - Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences and confirm reservation information - Monitor booking progress and follow up on outstanding travel arrangements - Maintain accurate digital records and client documentation - Review travel plans for accuracy and completeness before departure - Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the travel planning process Qualifications - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong communication and customer service abilities - Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously - Detail oriented with strong problem solving skills - Experience in customer service, administrative support, hospitality, scheduling, or travel is helpful but not required - Comfortable learning new technology and online systems - Self motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment Requirements - Must have a reliable computer and high speed internet connection - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Must be authorized to work in your country of residence - Must be a citizen of the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or eligible countries within LATAM.
