Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in site contracting or a related field within the CRO industry
- Strong negotiation and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products specifically, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to mentor and motivate junior staff
- Fluent in written and spoken English; command of additional languages is beneficial

Role Description The MyVetStoreOnline Engagement Associate is responsible for providing first-tier support to current users via phone, email, forms, and chat. This position is responsible for updating and maintaining MyVetStoreOnline account data, as well as collaborating with Sales Representatives to achieve success on the online store. The Engagement Associate will improve retention by strengthening the relationship between the veterinary practice and MyVetStoreOnline. This position will be a team expert for retention of, and engagement with, MyVetStoreOnline users to support the MyVetStoreOnline Accounts team and across all departments. Essential Job Functions - Provide first-tier support to current users via phone, email, forms, and chat, including updating account data, processing requests, and providing resolutions. - Complete the Post-Launch Engagement call cycle for newly launched online stores. - Conduct training sessions and platform demonstrations for veterinary practices. - Document, effectively communicate, and collaborate with the MyVetStoreOnline team to resolve system errors, user problems, and clinic feature requests. - Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. - High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required. - Minimum of one year of customer service or veterinary practice experience required. - Experience with sales retention desirable. - Experience with Windows operating system. - Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. - Ability to read, write and speak English. - Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, employment policies, operating instructions, and procedural manuals. - Solid customer service skills. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Strong technical aptitude to quickly learn new software. - Focus on continuous learning. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. - Ability to type 40+ WPM. - Ability to work with corporate office to achieve mutual goals. - Must be self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
