• Administrar y dinamizar la comunidad de Builders en Discourse y otros canales de interacción. • Crear y publicar contenido educativo y técnico para Discourse, X y YouTube. • Coordinar workshops, office hours, demo days y otras actividades para impulsar la participación de la comunidad. • Resolver o canalizar dudas técnicas junto con los equipos de Producto y Partnerships. • Identificar Builders con alto potencial y acompañarlos durante su proceso de activación. • Documentar aprendizajes, preguntas frecuentes y casos de éxito para fortalecer la documentación y el contenido educativo. • Monitorear métricas de participación, activación y retención para proponer mejoras continuas. • Ser responsable de la operación diaria de la comunidad de Builders. • Mantener una comunicación constante y cercana con desarrolladores, agencias y partners. • Generar contenido que facilite la adopción de Brain by Jelou. • Promover espacios de colaboración y aprendizaje dentro de la comunidad. • Detectar oportunidades de mejora en la experiencia de los Builders y compartir feedback con Producto. • Dar seguimiento a usuarios registrados para impulsar su activación y crecimiento dentro del ecosistema.

Job Requirements

  • 1 a 3 años de experiencia en Community Management, Growth, DevRel, Marketing o roles similares dentro de startups, SaaS o empresas de tecnología.
  • Experiencia creando contenido para comunidades digitales y redes sociales.
  • Excelente comunicación escrita y verbal.
  • Capacidad para explicar conceptos técnicos de forma sencilla.
  • Organización para gestionar comunidades, eventos y seguimiento de usuarios.
  • Interés por IA, automatización, WhatsApp, no-code, low-code o herramientas para desarrolladores.
  • Mentalidad hands-on, orientada a la ejecución y mejora continua.
  • Suma puntos si tienes experiencia administrando comunidades en Discourse, Discord, Slack o plataformas similares.
  • Experiencia creando tutoriales, demos o documentación técnica.
  • Conocimientos básicos de APIs, automatización, n8n, Make, Zapier o WhatsApp Business API.
  • Experiencia trabajando con comunidades de developers o builders.
  • Conocimientos básicos de edición de video o producción de contenido audiovisual.

Role Description Looking for Philippines-based candidates for the role of TBM Community & Digital Coordinator. Compensation range: $1,500 AUD - $2,000 AUD / Monthly Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time. The BELLE Method (TBM) is our new mentorship offering for interior designers, hosted on Skool. TBM teaches the frameworks, systems and strategies behind building a multi-million-dollar design studio. TBM is at the startup stage, and we now need a dedicated coordinator to run the community day-to-day and look for smarter, AI-assisted ways to do it. Role Overview: Own the day-to-day running of TBM on Skool — community engagement, member admin and reporting — while bringing a marketing and digital mindset to how the community grows. Role Description The Patient and Community Liaison (PCL) is a pivotal patient and caregiver-facing role that serves as a trusted partner to the Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) and Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) communities, fostering meaningful relationships with patients, caregivers, and advocacy organizations. Through live and virtual engagements, the PCL delivers impactful education on DMD, SMA, gene therapy, and Novartis therapies while elevating the voice of the patient community across the organization. Insights gathered from stakeholders are shared with Advocacy, Marketing Strategy, and Product Strategy teams to help shape programs, resources, and market strategies that enhance the patient experience and support business objectives.
