Role Description - Answer inbound calls during business hours - Fully resolve caller needs at the point of contact — not just message-taking - Use Rent Manager software to look up tenant, property, and account information as needed - Upload tenant payment batches via CSV file into Rent Manager (training will be provided) - Handle maintenance requests: - Primary path: guide tenants to log the request themselves in Rent Manager - Fallback: if tenant doesn't/can't log it, the admin enters the maintenance request directly - Coordinate maintenance dispatch: - Identify which property manager/technician is available and when - Contact the appropriate tech to go out to the property - If no tech is reachable, escalate to the Property Manager directly - Know when and how to escalate issues to the Managing Member, when needed Company Description
