As a Proposal Management Analyst, you will provide comprehensive proposal management support and response coordination for questionnaires by deploying industry and company standard methodologies, tools, and processes. You will be an integral member of the Global Proposal Team and will be responsible for managing the production of high-quality and competitive responses aligned with Dynatrace goals and standards. This is a fully remote position for candidates located within the Eastern or Central Time Zones in the U.S. If you reside within 45 miles of Dynatrace's headquarters in Boston, our Detroit office, or the NYC satellite office, this will be a hybrid role requiring 2–3 days per week in the office. What will help you succeed - Lead the proposal process and coordinate multiple customer responses (RFPs, RFIs, and security/vendor questionnaires) simultaneously. - Collaborate with Sales to understand goals, facilitate Go/No-Go and strategy meetings, and develop proposal plans. - Lead internal coordination, assign tasks, and ensure customer deadlines are met. - Partner with cross-functional stakeholders using strong project management and communication skills. - Review responses for completeness, accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and professionalism. - Manage proposal activities within Responsive (proposal management system). - Continuously improve processes and contribute to the proposal content library. - Support additional proposal-related projects as needed. Qualifications: - At least 3 years of proposal or sales support experience, ideally within a high-tech or SaaS organization. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - Strong project management, organization, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight. - Excellent written, editing, interpersonal, and communication skills. - Customer-first mindset with strong ownership and adaptability.
