• Answer inbound patient calls professionally and confidently • Make outbound calls when follow-up is required • Respond to patient inquiries via email • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments • Verify and update patient information accurately • Explain scheduling requirements and appointment preparation instructions • Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and internal teams • Navigate multiple systems while documenting interactions accurately • Deliver an exceptional patient experience on every interaction

- Preferred: Experience in medical scheduling, healthcare administration, medical receptionist, patient support, call center customer service, appointment scheduling, healthcare customer service.
