Chameleon Integrated Services
• Review, critique, and author high-quality, ground-truth text datasets (including complex analyses of doctrinal, operational, and strategic documents) to drive model optimization. • Interface directly with Machine Learning (ML) engineers to align on frameworks for model comparison, prompt-response pairing, and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF). • Partner with the operations team to refine data pipelines, scaling up the efficiency and accuracy of generative AI tasks. • Train, guide, and mentor junior AI writing specialists to maintain rigorous military standards across all project outputs.
Job Requirements
- Service as a Commissioned Officer: A proven track record as a U.S. military officer, to include at least five years as a Company Grade Officer (O-3 or higher) managing or supporting logistical planning.
- Staff Experience: Direct experience within a G-4 (Division/Corps) or J-4 (Joint Staff) directorate with specialized oversight of Class VIII (Medical Materiel) supply chains and theater distribution.
- Service-Specific Credentials: You must hold (or have held) one of the following specific Area of Concentration (AOC) or Designator codes: U.S. Army (Medical Service Corps): ( Highly Preferred) AOC 70H (Health Services Plans, Operations, Intelligence, Security, and Training)
- AOC 70K (Health Services Materiel Officer)
- AOC 70K with Skill Identifier 9I (Health Facility Planner)
- AOC 90A (Multifunctional Logistician)

Role Description We're seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacology Domain Expert for a flexible, part-time consulting engagement. You'll serve as the scientific voice on human PK/PD, defining what correct looks like for AI-generated clinical pharmacology outputs and ensuring our platform produces results that would hold up in a regulatory submission. This is an ad-hoc opportunity designed to fit around existing commitments. This engagement will likely be 5-20 hours per week. Responsibilities - Knowledge sharing about "day-in-the-life" as an expert working with data in these domains to assemble regulatory submissions. - Describing common tasks or problems where AI could be of value in your workflows. - Identify + describe internal pharma systems that are commonly used for standard workflows. - Generate or review reference ground-truth artifacts to evaluate against - reports, data files, modules, etc. - Identify + add realistic sources of variance or data corruption in study data. - Identify and correct discrepancies in data quality. Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in clinical pharmacology, preferably at a sponsor. - PhD, PharmD, or MD preferred. - Hands-on experience with exposure-response and population PK analyses included in regulatory submissions. - Experience authoring or reviewing clinical pharmacology sections of INDs, IBs, CSRs, and NDA/BLA modules. - Direct experience with FDA or EMA interactions on clinical pharmacology questions. - Enthusiastic about working with AI tools to evaluate and improve outputs. We are looking for an experienced print and digital reporter and editor adept at covering nuanced, complex topics and transforming technical information into lively, compelling content for lay audiences. The Reporter/Editor will be both a self-starter and an enthusiastic collaborator.
