• Optimize the customer journey and experience across automated communication channels, focusing on WhatsApp and Chatbot. • Conduct in-depth understanding of the business flow. • Ensure traceability and measurement of the entire experience through data tagging (instrumentation) along the customer journey. • Act as guardian of the experience, turning data into insights to design more efficient, intuitive flows that increase satisfaction and conversion.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in Conversational Design (Conversational UX/CUX).
  • Experience designing chatbots, IVR and WhatsApp journeys, including creating flows, scripts and conversational personas.
  • Proficiency with tools and methodologies for mapping user journeys, service blueprints and high-complexity flow diagrams.
  • Experience defining tagging (instrumentation) strategy and requirements to measure UX and business metrics.
  • Proficiency in prototyping tools (Figma, Miro or similar).
  • Experience conducting usability testing, A/B testing and heuristic analysis on conversational channels.
  • Familiarity with Chatbot platforms and WhatsApp Business APIs.
  • Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research (UX Research).
  • Experience working in agile squads (Scrum/Kanban) and collaborating with Product Owners (PO) and engineers.

Role Description We're seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacology Domain Expert for a flexible, part-time consulting engagement. You'll serve as the scientific voice on human PK/PD, defining what correct looks like for AI-generated clinical pharmacology outputs and ensuring our platform produces results that would hold up in a regulatory submission. This is an ad-hoc opportunity designed to fit around existing commitments. This engagement will likely be 5-20 hours per week. Responsibilities - Knowledge sharing about "day-in-the-life" as an expert working with data in these domains to assemble regulatory submissions. - Describing common tasks or problems where AI could be of value in your workflows. - Identify + describe internal pharma systems that are commonly used for standard workflows. - Generate or review reference ground-truth artifacts to evaluate against - reports, data files, modules, etc. - Identify + add realistic sources of variance or data corruption in study data. - Identify and correct discrepancies in data quality. Role Description The Reporter/Editor will report to EDF’s Editorial Director and will be responsible for surfacing, researching, writing and editing stories for Solutions and Vital Signs. The Reporter/Editor will be both a self-starter and an enthusiastic collaborator. Key Responsibilities - Surface and pitch compelling stories that resonate with our audiences by staying abreast of EDF’s work and the news cycle. - Report, write and edit engaging, human-centered stories that are on brand and effective across print and digital platforms. - Collaborate with editors and subject matter experts to ensure content is expertly written, jargon-free and accurate. - Manage feedback from multiple stakeholders while holding the line on editorial quality. - Tighten and cut text, making sure every word earns its place. - Work with designers, videographers and a photo coordinator to develop accompanying visuals. - Collaborate with Marketing team colleagues on promotional campaigns. - Travel approximately twice each year, and on rare occasions work outside of standard office hours. - Participate in advancing EDF’s organizational effectiveness and culture goals.
