Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in medical sales leadership (direct experience managing salespeople is required).
- Experience in healthcare technology, medical devices, or enterprise software preferred.
- Proven success in strategic account management and cross-functional project leadership.
- Strong communication, organizational, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to travel up to 75%; field selling and surgical area access required.
