Job Requirements

  • Graduate/MBA in Finance
  • Exposure to F&A qualifications – Certified Accountant/ MBA Finance etc. is desirable.
  • Blackline Certification (Financial Close 1 & 2 - Account Reconciliation, Task, JV, ICH and Matching module), Smart Close, API / Connectors & Reporting
  • Candidates with FNA domain expertise with extensive work experience in Process Improvement/ Transformation / Automation
  • Well versed with process discovery/diagnostics, to be design/blueprinting activities etc. and savvy with Visio, PowerPoint, Excel and other collaboration tools
  • Strong team player who thrives when working in a fast paced, high energy and project oriented environment and accustomed to driving outcomes
  • Business acumen and strong result orientation.
  • Must be a domain expert in various R2R processes from inputs to Solutions
  • Well versed with digital R2R technologies and tools, automation, analytics etc.
  • Understand, propose and pitch the key levers/differentiators to new/existing customers for transformation journey
  • Prior experience in handling at least 2 to 3 BL/Cadency/ implementation/optimization projects independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

The consultant will work to support the WCSO Unit on grantmaking, programme support, and knowledge management/communications support for analyzing trends, challenges, and opportunities.
