Role Description We are seeking senior Policy Leads to drive strategic engagement with regulators, policymakers, financial institutions, and industry stakeholders across key markets. The role is focused on supporting licensing, market access, and long-term business growth through trusted, high-level institutional relationships and strong policy engagement. Candidates should bring credibility, sound judgement, and the ability to operate effectively in complex regulatory environments. This is not a marketing or communications role. The focus is substantive policy work, regulatory engagement, and representing the company as a serious, compliance-first financial platform. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain senior relationships with regulators, government authorities, central banks, policymakers, financial institutions, and industry bodies across the region. - Monitor regulatory, legislative, and political developments relevant to digital assets, payments, fintech, and financial services. Provide management with practical insights and strategic recommendations. - Work closely with legal, compliance, and business teams to support licensing processes, regulatory applications, supervisory engagement, and ongoing institutional relationships. - Represent the company in policy discussions, regulatory roundtables, institutional forums, and industry engagements. Contribute to constructive dialogue of responsible innovation and financial infrastructure development. - Coordinate senior management meetings with authorities and institutional stakeholders. Ensure clear internal reporting, alignment, and follow-up on strategic engagements.
